Marketplace rules
A short guide to how deals work on Adenex and what is not allowed here. By using the marketplace, you agree to these rules.
Account
- One account works in the bot, on the website and in the app.
- Other users only see your nickname – it is assigned by the system and can't be changed.
- Never share access to your account or sign-in codes. Adenex staff will never ask for them.
Listings
- A listing is an offer to sell or buy: in-game currency, items, accounts or services.
- The description must honestly reflect the goods, and the listing must be in the right game, server and section.
- New and edited listings go through moderation. A moderator can reject or remove a listing that breaks the rules.
What is not allowed
- Contacts in listings and chats: Telegram, links, phone numbers, email, other messengers.
- Offering to make a deal or payment outside Adenex.
- Fraud, misleading descriptions, other people's or hacked accounts and items.
- Insults, threats and spam.
Safe deal
- The buyer pays for the order – Adenex holds the money as a digital escrow.
- The seller hands over the goods in the game to the character the buyer specified and marks it as delivered.
- The buyer confirms receipt – the seller gets paid. If the buyer doesn't respond in time, the deal is completed automatically.
- Agree and pay only inside Adenex: outside the marketplace we can't protect your money.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, the buyer can open a dispute before confirming receipt. The administration reviews the deal history and chat and decides whether to complete the deal in the seller's favour or refund the buyer. Chats about listings and deals are kept so they can be checked in a dispute.
Violations
For violations, a listing can be rejected or removed, and an account can be blocked temporarily or permanently. A blocked user's listings are hidden from the catalog.
Games and their rules
Adenex is not affiliated with game developers. The rules of the games you trade in still apply – please follow them.
