Privacy policy
What data Adenex stores, why it's needed and who can see it.
What data we store
- From Telegram – your ID, name and username, if you use the bot or sign in with Telegram.
- Email and password, if you signed up on the website. The password is stored only in encrypted form – even staff can't see it.
- Your listings, deals, chats about listings and deals, balance and payout history.
- Sign-in details: device, browser, IP address and country – to protect your account and choose the website language.
Why
- To run the catalog, deals and payouts.
- To protect your account: confirm sign-ins and notice suspicious activity.
- To handle disputes and complaints.
- To send notifications in Telegram, by email and in the app.
Who can see your data
- Other users only see your nickname, your listings and approximate activity ("seen recently"). Your Telegram name, username and ID, email and contacts are not shown to them.
- Adenex staff see what is needed for moderation, support and disputes. All their actions are logged.
- The payment service CryptoBot receives only what is needed for payments and payouts.
- Analytics services – only with your consent (see "Cookies").
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
Emails and notifications
We only send emails when needed: confirmation codes, password recovery and important account notices. App notifications can be turned off in your account.
How long we keep data
As long as the account exists. Deal history and chats are kept after deals are completed – they are needed for disputes and accounting.
Your rights
You can find out what data we store about you, correct it or delete your account – contact support via the Adenex Telegram bot. Deal data may be kept longer if it is needed for accounting or an unresolved dispute.
